Refund policy

Varaahi Jaipur does not offer any exchange or refund in case of a change of mind by the customers. Any exchange/refund will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end & is supported by evidence from the customer.

Once placed, orders can only be cancelled via Instagram's direct message (DM).

•We do not accept returns/exchanges unless the product purchased is defective/incorrect

•For any defective/incorrect product claims, we require a full 360 degree opening video from the seal to the product opening till the end with no cuts, edits & filters within 24 hours of the delivery

•No claims will be entertained without the mentioned proof

•Without proof, we will be in no position to process any refund/exchange

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE-

•We do not accept returns/exchanges unless the product purchased is defective/incorrect

•For any defective/incorrect product claims, we require a full 360 degree unboxing video from the start of the package including the name & address of the order

•Video should be unfiltered, unedited without cuts & pauses

•The complaint should be put in within 24 hours of the delivery

•If exceeds 24 hours, we will not be liable for any refunds/exchanges

•Only the amount of the product will be refunded as store credit, not the shipping cost

•The exchange of damaged products will be done as per availability. In case of an exchange, the product has to be shipped back to us by the customer & the return shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer. We will bear the re-shipping charges.

•Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.

•If the package is delayed/lost due to incorrect/incomplete address, varaahi.jaipur will not be responsible & will not initiate any refunds for the same

•If the customer is unavailable/rejects the parcel at the time of delivery, the re-shipping will have to be borne by the customer, no refunds will be initiated in that case.

• In case of return/exchange, if the product is received to us in a damanged/used, it will not be covered under our exchange/refund & replacement policy.

•Minor color/design variations due to display differences & the handcrafted nature of the product is possible, no refund/exchange

•All the refunds on orders placed will be processed as a credit note for varaahi.jaipur within 7-10 working days & are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
